Isocyanates are primarily used in the manufacture of polyurethane foam for applications including the construction and automotive industries.

Process Equipment for the HCL electrolysis process

TDI and MDI are produced in highly acidic and corrosive environments at high temperatures.

For both processes, tantalum heat exchangers are required at the sulfuric acid treatment stage.

PTFE lined columns and complete HCl stripping units are installed in the process of HCL oxidation.

Graphite heat exchangers can be also installed in those processes.
